Don Withrow Consulting LLC ("DWCLLC") develops and distributes software applications on the web and on CD-ROM. We also distribute select information via email. DWCLLC publishes this Privacy Policy to reaffirm our commitment to maintaining the privacy of our customers in the electronic environment and inform you of our practices concerning the collection and use of information.

The Information We Collect
Visitors to our website are not required to reveal individually identifiable information, such as name, address, email or telephone number. The DWCLLC server collects other information, including the type of a visitor's browser software and the IP address from which the visitor enters. This information helps us diagnose technical problems and proactively enhance our products by tracking user trends and interests. We use this information only in the aggregate so that we can better serve you. This information is in no way tied to your personal identity.

We collect personal information when you download a free version or purchase a commercial version of one of our products. We collect this information to enable us to deliver our products to our customers and to administer a sufficient level of customer support.

Clients who no longer wish to receive email correspondence may opt-out of by following the instructions in the email or replying with an indication to "unsubscribe."
